As I indicated at the recent Farmlands Safety meeting last week on the 9th of March 2016 the personnel from Curtis Electrical provided nothing sort of a highly professional service throughout the January fires.
All of the personnel firstly worked in a very safe manner both within their work teams and when interfacing with other work teams.
No problem presented to them was to great, they had very much a “can do” attitude and would discuss options and reasons for their preferred options with myself or my team members.
The employees were working through a time where fatigue was going to have an impact on their work and safety but were also very conscious of this and identified when they were feeling tiredness so that it could be addressed.
A major issue for me on our location is “SPEEDING” and I am very pleased to report the great restraint and compliance your personnel exhibited in times where it is very easy to lapse.
All in all it has been a pleasure dealing with the Team from Curtis Electrical through some very stressful times in the January 2016 fires.
Please ensure you pass on a “Very Big Thank You” from myself and the team at Farmlands.
